EA Learning, formerly known as the Enterprise Architect’s training arm, provide training solutions that increase an organisation's ability to deliver outcomes. We have a range of IT Architecture, Business Architecture and Business Transformation courses that can be delivered as an in-house service, either as a standalone training course or as a wider learning pathway. Our aim is to ensure you and your team has the right training and professional development to enable them to deliver outcomes. In the current business environment organisations are expected to be outcomes focussed while at the same time embracing new approaches such as Design Thinking and Agile Execution to achieve desired objectives and optimise business performance. Organisations and individual professionals are expected to be innovative, disruptive, agile and lean. In addition they are being asked to be masters of customer centricity, big data complexity and digitisation. And, of course they need to be accountable for delivering results. Despite the best intentions of all players there is still a disconnect between organisational strategy and execution with most organisations not having in place an integrated set of structured methods, tools, techniques and skills to achieve the required business transformation.
