The principle activities of the company are in road maintenance, rehabilitation, upgrading as well as new construction. THBM is currently awarded with the long term contract of, “Penswastaan Penyenggaraan Jalan Persekutuan Semenanjung Malaysia bagi Negeri Perlis, Kedah dan Pulau Pinang” from the year 2017 until 2027. The scope of work includes routine-works, emergency work, periodic pavement and non-pavement works. Besides conventional pavement treatment methods such as pavement overlay, mill and pave, regulating and interlocking concrete pavement, THBM possesses knowledge and capability in carrying out environmentally friendly and cost-effective pavement rehabilitation techniques, using the Cold-in-Place Recycling (CIPR) as well as the Hot-in-Place Recycling (HIPR).
