Tethered Drone Systems Information

Tethered Drone Systems (TDS) is a UK based designer and manufacturer of tethered drones for multiple uses including broadcasters, police, military, fire and rescue, extreme maintenance inspection and other applications. We have a flying prototype and will be launching a new Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) fully designed, developed and manufactured in the UK. The UAV will deliver extended flight duration of more than 24 hours. Our commercial class drone has the capacity to take dangerous and complex tasks and make them safe and easy. Already with a Civil Aviation Authority PfCO, the platform is very stable and uses secure communications to send telemetry up and bring HD video or data streaming down to the base station. The platform can carry a variety of sensors to meet all client needs, and a variety of CCTV with IR and thermal imaging as standard.
