Terrascape Consulting, founded by John Gravatt and David Soltysik in 2006 is a full-service consulting firm providing civil engineering, surveying and urban planning services to the development community. Having grown steadily over the past fifteen years, Terrascape currently operates from offices located in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. With Service First as a guiding principle, the Terrascape team of professionals has the experience and resources necessary to provide all of our clients with thorough and innovative planning, design, permitting and construction services, regardless of project size, location or complexity.
