Terrapin provide an all encompassing service - a one-stop-shop - from concept to completion. The process begins with one of our business team who will respond to your enquiry and arrange an appointment for a consultation and site visit within 48 hours of receiving your enquiry. During this initial consultation we will establish the brief - including a general outline of your objectives, site conditions, planning and design requirements - and agree what action and response is required and by when. The brief will be developed into an outline concept proposal that determines the general approach to layout, feasibility and construction. This will include working closely with your end users, project teams and architects (where appropriate) to ensure that your project is developed to design/quotation stage quickly and effectively, and that it meets all your requirements in full. A full quotation will then be prepared and presented with all information necessary to obtain your approval. We ensure that every stage of the concept and design process is run professionally and efficiently; so that every customer - from the smallest nursery to our construction partners leading PPP and PFI projects - receives the most intelligent building solution and exceptional value in every way.
