TerraLab is an international company that develops laboratory information systems and provides consulting for medical laboratories. Since 2010 we have built software for clinical laboratories. Today more than 300 laboratories in more than 10 countries work with TerraLab systems, across Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Middle Asia and the UK. The interface is localized into the language of each country. • LIS TerraLab, a laboratory information system for the whole testing process: order entry, sample tracking, result validation and reporting, with turnaround time (TAT) control and full traceability • TerraLab Analyzer Manager, connectivity for more than 600 analyser models and ready-made integrations with more than 30 hospital and clinic information systems • TerraLab Quality Control and TerraLab Microbiology, dedicated systems for quality control and for microbiology laboratories • TerraLab Pro, a front-desk system for patients and clients of laboratories Our consultants prepare medical laboratories for ISO 15189 accreditation. LIS TerraLab supports ISO 15189 requirements and is certified to ISO/IEC 25051. We have also delivered national-scale projects for Ukraine's health system: an information system for external quality assessment (EQA) programmes built on ISO/IEC 17043, the Ukrainian edition of LOINC, laboratory workflows in the national eHealth system and a high-volume system for COVID-19 testing in public laboratories. We are open to working with laboratories, distributors of laboratory equipment and consultants in Middle Asia, the Middle East, North Africa, the Balkans and Latin America.
