Telekomindo Primabhakti and PT. Datakom Asia, continuously grows in Indonesia Pay TV industry. Align with current industry development and its new direction of business transformation to TIME (Telecommunication, Information, Media and Edutainment), TELKOM gradually increased its ownership in TelkomVision which as of 2011 has obtained 99.5% of ownership. The remaining 0.5% has been acquired by PT Multimedia Nusantara (METRA), one of TELKOM’s subsidiary.
