In 1998 TSi sought to grow further whilst retaining the character of the business customers valued so highly. It was identified that only the best information systems and its skilled management would allow staff to deliver on customer expectations in an enlarged organisation. With these systems in place TSi has been able to maintain or improve responsiveness and increase the range of services offered.
