Teleconstructiawas the only company in Romania in the field of construction and installation of telecommunication networks and equipment. During this period, he developed and modernized at national level the infrastructure of the public telecommunication network in Romania (networks, equipment, civil works) according to the program of the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications.
