Telecom Strategies LLC is a telecom consulting company. We are agents for a number of Telephone and Voice/Data organizations. As such, our services to our clients are at no cost to them. Our compensation is from the vendor(s) we mutually decide on. Our process is to provide both a needs and cost assessment of a business operation. At that point, specifications are written and bids are solicited. Decisions are made in a collaborative manner with the client base on our recommendations. We are then responsible for implementation and oversight of the installation. Furthermore, our relationship is ongoing for the life of the Telephone System or contract of the Carrier Services.
