Teem Ventures is a product innovation and execution advisory group that helps our partners turn good ideas into scaling businesses. Our team brings decades of experience and passion for building, launching and scaling new ventures as founders and operators. The “ee” in Teem stands for "entrepreneurial execution” taking agile and efficient approaches to get it done. We collaborate with established corporate partners and early stage ventures across all stages of product development. Some of our capabilities include early stage concept development, rapid insights research, UX/prototyping, design and brand development, MVP buildouts, startup innovation programs & pilots, pilot management, business modeling, commercial deal structuring, fundraising strategy, and go to market launch activities.
