TechKnow Com is a NEW IT Network Engineering company, utilizing up-to-date technologies and strategies, with an old-fashioned discipline and work ethic. We are dedicated to high quality deliverance of services and focus on customer service. Will test new and modify network configurations hardware and software. Will provide network consulting services to other state agencies. Analyze data to provide solutions to complex problems and assist in resolving issues. Maintains services, applications, and operating systems for network devices and ensures network devices are maintained to a high level of security. See -Troubleshoot at the network Layers 1 - 3. -Troubleshoot and provide installation instructions remotely for servers, NVRs, VOIP devices, switches, and routers. -Troubleshoot video and data equipment in Headend/MDF and IDF. -Troubleshoot other networking equipment such as fiber transmitters, fiber receivers, video combiners, sentinel servers, ZeeVee servers, Dish Networks' Smartbox equipment and more. -Provide troubleshooting steps to test connectivity through single-mode and/or multi-mode fiber on different equipment such as routers, switches, and ONTs. -Determine after troubleshooting when equipment needed to be replaced such as Routers, Switches, Fiber Splitters, Fiber Nodes, Fiber Transmitters, Fiber Receivers, Cameras, Dish Networks' Smartbox device, DirecTV receivers, ONTs, Sentinel Server, ZeeVee Server, VOIP Phones, ATAs, Coaxial Splitters, Keystone Jacks, Patch panels, SFP connectors, and more.
