TeamINISGHT is a research-based psychometric assessment tool that helps teams measure and develop team and organizational agility. We believe that agility is a mindset, transforming to an agile culture therefore starts with changing the mindset of people throughout the whole organization. Our research of teams in 24 countries showed what are the behavioral factors that contribute the most to agility and we made it quantifiable to identify what is there, what is missing and how to develop people to accelerate transformation.
