With combined brokerage experience of over 75 years, our coaches have served as successful Financial Advisors, Branch Managers, Area Sales Managers, National Training Officers, Practice Management Coaches and Team Formation and Development Consultants. This experience is also a testimony to our deep familiarity with the challenges and rewards of running a successful business for both individual advisors and teams. And, as a result of our group’s experience we can be very flexible and tailor our programs and coaching to the specific needs of the individual. We understand that not every advisor works within a team format . . . yet. So, we seek to achieve exceptional outcomes today through offering a combination of group workshops, webinars, peer to peer exchanges and 1:1 coaching that is tailored to each advisor, partnership or team’s actual stage of development. Our process is designed to affect true behavior change and performance vs. mere accountability coaching. We do not offer “cookie cutter” programs where one size fits all and all are expected to fit in. And, as Registered Corporate Coaches (RCC) and DISC certified coaches we provide the personalized discovery, education and coaching necessary to help motivated advisors reach their potential by affecting lasting behavioral change.
