As tea experts, they know the flavours, stories and rituals behind every blend — and love helping customers find their perfect cup. In the heart of Collingwood, our support office is where ideas steep. Fuelled by endless pots of tea and inspired by its eclectic neighbourhood, our teams collaborate across brand, e-commerce, wholesale, technology, operations, strategy and more to create the next delicious thing. Our Melbourne distribution centre keeps the tea moving. It’s the operational hub that sends tea, teawares and gifts to our stores and directly to tea lovers’ doors. With a team of 30, it’s a lively, hands-on environment where every parcel helps make someone’s day a little more delicious. Allegro Coffee was founded in Boulder, Colorado 1977, with the simple goal to bring you the best coffees in the world. In the decades since, we have merged with Whole Foods Market, moved our offices to a larger facility in the metro Denver, and expanded our product line to include fine tea, wellness tea, and drinking chocolate—all with an emphasis on organic and sustainably grown ingredients. Through all this growth and change, our initial goal has remained the same: from coffee beans to tea leaves, herbs, botanicals, spice, and chocolate—we passionately and continually source the best ingredients the world has to offer.

Merlo Coffee began in Brisbane, Australia more than 30 years ago with a simple philosophy – freshly roasted coffee served by people who are passionate about coffee. Our philosophy has never changed. We roast the highest quality coffee beans from around the world every day so that our customers can enjoy their coffee at its best – fresh and full of flavour. Every member of our team - from roasting, to retail and sales - is made up of friendly, knowledgeable and skilled individuals who are dedicated to providing the best coffee and service, every time. Today, Merlo is proud to be one of Australia’s leading independently owned and operated coffee roasters, supplying more than 1500 cafes and restaurants across Australia with freshly roasted coffee.
