From our humble beginnings in Fitzroy, Melbourne, we’ve grown into a community of curious tea lovers who believe tea should never be boring. Today, our innovative product development, sustainability progress and industry leading eCommerce experience are supported by our Collingwood support office, Melbourne distribution centre and 60 retail stores across Australia and New Zealand. Our stores are immersive, colourful and full of discovery. Iconic products line the shelves, delicious samples are always brewing, and our teams bring the magic to life every day. As tea experts, they know the flavours, stories and rituals behind every blend — and love helping customers find their perfect cup. In the heart of Collingwood, our support office is where ideas steep. Fuelled by endless pots of tea and inspired by its eclectic neighbourhood, our teams collaborate across brand, e-commerce, wholesale, technology, operations, strategy and more to create the next delicious thing. Our Melbourne distribution centre keeps the tea moving. It’s the operational hub that sends tea, teawares and gifts to our stores and directly to tea lovers’ doors. With a team of 30, it’s a lively, hands-on environment where every parcel helps make someone’s day a little more delicious. Roll'd was born from a craving for fresh, vibrant Vietnamese street food. Inspired by the bustling streets of Vietnam and the authentic flavors of family recipes, we set out to bring the excitement and deliciousness of bánh mì, phở, and other Vietnamese classics to the world. We're passionate about using high-quality ingredients, crafting dishes with care, and sharing the unique culinary experience that makes Vietnamese food so special. The Grounds is built on the philosophy of creating experiences for communities through quality products, innovations and an ever-evolving vision. Located in a former industrial precinct from the 1920s, The Grounds of Alexandria opened in 2012 and houses a landmark coffee roastery, café, restaurant and bar, animal farm and garden. Our Alexandria location has become renowned as one of Sydney’s must-visit locations, having earned the title of the 7th most Instagrammed place in Australia for 2016. The initial vision was born from entrepreneurial duo Ramzey Choker and Jack Hanna who had the vision to turn the then industrial concrete car park into a thriving urban sanctuary, designed as a welcoming space to bring people together. In June 2017 a second location was introduced to Sydney’s CBD, The Grounds of The City. Nearly three years in the making, this coffeehouse-inspired inner-city hub was designed to transport guests back to an era of old-school charm and reignite the heart and soul of the city. The City offers a world-class experience grounded by warmth and old-fashioned charm. It's a haven from the office, a hub for heart-to-hearts and a magnet for the style set.
