Tarralugo Information

Tarralugo helps leadership teams turn AI and technology into commercial advantage. Technology can do many things. AI makes that list even longer. But the real question is not what the technology can do. It is what the business needs it to do. For many organisations, the challenge is moving beyond activity, pilots and roadmaps. AI and technology need to support how the business grows, operates, makes decisions and creates value. They also need to support the business it is becoming. Tomorrow’s business models will not simply be today’s models with more technology added. They will ask different things of people, processes, data, governance, culture and leadership. That is why AI and technology strategy cannot sit apart from business strategy, operating model design or implementation. Tarralugo works with leadership teams to make those choices clearer. We help organisations understand where AI and technology can make the greatest difference, what needs to change for that value to be realised, and how to move from ambition to adoption in a way the business can actually sustain. Our approach is business first, technology second. We take time to understand the business, the goals, the culture and the practical realities around delivery. From there, we help shape strategies that are commercially grounded, achievable and aligned to the organisation’s future direction. Founded in London in 2019, Tarralugo brings senior enterprise technology leadership experience, international perspective and practical strategy-to-execution expertise to complex AI and technology challenges.
