The acquisition of Talisman by Spanish integrated energy company Repsol was finalized on May 8th, 2015. The combined company will become one of the largest privately-owned oil and gas players in the world, present in high-potential growth markets worldwide Talisman is committed to conducting its business safely and in an ethically, socially and environmentally responsible manner.
