L'atelier des Chefs was founded in Paris in 2004 by French brothers Nicolas and Francois Bergerault where they launched the first 30 minute cooking class. Their sole aim: to revitalise the Frenchs’ relationship with cooking and entice them 'back to the kitchen' by offering hands-on cooking classes run by professional chefs.
Success was immediate and the Paris atelier was the first of many, with further ateliers opening throughout France, Dubai, and of course London in less than five years.
