SymCentral Information

The SymCentral User Group is an independent community of credit union professionals from a newly defined region informally known as “Mid-America,” covering states in the central United States. This group is united by their use of Symitar® software, particularly Episys®, and related products. SymCentral’s mission is to provide resources and foster collaboration among its members. Through events like conferences, a dedicated website, the SMUG email list, and other digital platforms, SymCentral creates opportunities for shared learning, mutual support, and addressing common challenges. Importantly, the group operates autonomously, with no affiliations or obligations to Jack Henry®, Symitar®, or any other external organization.
