SWTOOLS is the only company in Slovenia specialized for pay roll services. We develop and maintain our own software for pay roll process. We offer our customers two main services: full pay roll outsourcing and pay roll on demand. First service means that we take care about everything in pay roll process. We accept input data from our customers in a wide range of different forms (according to customer’s digital work & attendance evidence). We process the data and serve all state/other foreign institutions for the customer. Of course we take care that everything is according to legislation and that customers are informed about any changes of legislation concerning pay roll. Pay roll on demand is basically Software as a Service (SaaS) system. Our customers get a client part of our pay roll system with all necessary settings prepared for them. They just have to process data. This kind of service is mostly suitable for accounting service companies and employment agencies.
