Kendu began as a boutique digital agency, helping businesses improve and automate the way they work. Working closely with our clients gave us a front-row seat to a recurring problem: important business processes often live across spreadsheets, inboxes, disconnected tools and people’s memories. As companies grow, these improvised systems become harder to manage. Work gets repeated, information gets lost and teams spend too much time maintaining processes that should be helping them. We built many custom solutions to address these challenges, including internal tools, system integrations and complete workflow automations. Over time, we realized that the same underlying pain points appeared again and again. Today, Kendu is evolving from an on-demand agency into a product company. We’re using what we learned from years of building real systems for real businesses to create a tool that makes complex processes easier to understand, automate and improve, without requiring every company to commission a custom software project. We believe good automation should support the way people work, not force people to work around their software. It should remove repetitive tasks, make responsibilities clearer and give teams more time for work that actually requires their judgment. The shape of Kendu is changing, but our motivation remains the same: listen carefully, understand the real problem and build something genuinely useful.
