Rethinking the Real Estate of Tomorrow Established in 2012, Swiss Green IC aims to intervene in Switzerland and in foreign countries as consultants and investors in real estate projects according to sustainable development criteria. Our Company also aims to develop a business in consulting and support for overseas projects. We aim to be a center of excellence regarding sustainable development buildings and constructions, by applying the highest level of environmental norms and technology in our activities. Swiss Green invests in the field of Research & Development in the green constructions, energy saving buildings, reducing CO2 emissions during the construction phase and the final buildings. For our members, Green Economy is the result of the improved human well-being and social equity, while significantly reducing environmental risks and ecological scarcities. A green Economy is one whose growth in income and employment is driven by public and private investments that reduce carbon emissions and pollution, enhance energy and resource efficiency, and prevent the loss of biodiversity and ecosystem services. These investments need the support of public expenditure, policy reforms and regulation changes. Our Company Wishes to carry out the notion of “Green Economy” through modern and ecological infrastructures that will have as an objective to preserve the environment and set an example of sustainable development. Together, we work on implementing a worldwide expertise and consultancy in green solutions for High-end structures and Community development within the Group’s projects, and its affiliates in the region and Africa.
