SWIM is an advisory and fractional practice helping founders and CEOs of early-stage tech companies build the people and operations foundations to scale, with AI built in from day one. We’re two operators with two focuses: People (Lindsay Gonzalez): org design and hiring plans, performance and compensation, and AI-enabled People Ops. Operations (James Reid): operating systems and cadence; finance, legal, and vendor operations; and workplace, IT, and security. Two ways to work together: Advisory: an ongoing thought partner for founders and CEOs on the hard people and operations calls. Fractional: your part-time Head of People or Operations, embedded in your team until you’re ready to hire full-time. You’ll work directly with one or both of us, never handed off to a junior team.
