Suseonjae Information

Suseonjae is a school that provides exciting and revitalizing stretching, meditation and traditional breathing methods that have been used for thousands of years in Asia. Redefined for modern people, these breathing methods introduced by Suseonjae offer a recovery of your core health and enable you to take charge of the daily works and tasks in ones life with clarity. Suseonjae was founded in 1998 when 8 people asked Mun Hwa Young to show them the art of Dan-jeon breathing meditation. After which they all decided to make the school Suseonjae. Suseonjae has currently got meditation centers in 8 diffrent countries, as well as communities, companies and schools that are practicing these training methods through courses and programs. Suseonjae has also created a philosophy based on the chinese word Seon () which literaly mean "to know and love nature, human beings and the universe". The goal of Suseonjae is to find the answers to all problems and clonflicts through the Seon phylosophy.
