We believe in the power of good design, and are committed to delivering exceptional client experiences from the very first interaction. We are also a truly interactive, design-focused builder. Our clients meet one-on-one with a designer and get to experience their future space in virtual reality to work out every detail of its design and make sure it’s the right fit. We are in many ways a digital builder, pushing the edge of technology to allow for better design and collaboration with our clients. In a few short years we’ve grown from interesting infill developer to emerging mid-scale developer with our newest project offering more than 50 custom condos. Our last project sold out on the first day. While we have a passion for architecture we thought we'd let you know that Surface is not a licensed architectural practice, does not directly employ a licensed architect, and all architectural services are provided by an outside firm licensed to practice architecture in Ontario.
