Chard Development is a BC-based, award-winning real estate development firm. We specialize in residential and commercial real estate developments in Metro Vancouver and Greater Victoria including market condominiums, purpose-built rental, affordable homeownership opportunities, strata commercial and hotel development. To date, we’ve completed over 1.3 million square feet of development and delivered close to 1,400 homes.
