The Wynford Group is a prominent and well-established, property management firm located in Vancouver. We are a progressive, locally owned & operated company specializing in strata management since 1984. Since our incorporation, we have established ourselves as the premier strata management company with a reputation for integrity, competence, and corporate stability. We prides ourselves on a reputation based on the strengths of our agents, and our financial as well as administrative skills. From the outset, we have taken a very conservative approach to growth so as not to over-reach our capabilities. In order to maintain our standards and high level of customer service, we have set an upper limit of properties handled per manager. This limit is based on the size and requirements of each property managed. In addition to strata management, we were commissioned by the provincial government in 1985 to become involved in operational restructuring and ongoing management of a complex portfolio of approximately 700 real properties throughout the province. We remain the managers today. We support the continuing education and development of our strata managers, administrators, and financial staff. We seek to increase our overall knowledge and individual levels of professionalism through routine property manager, departmental and all-staff meetings including internal and external seminars. We regularly update policy and operational manuals, and maintain a comprehensive data bank and resource library. . Our achievements in property management have a lot to do with the fact that the company is family owned and operated and our senior management team has decades of experience in property management and real estate
