Located in San Jose in California’s Bay Area, Support Systems Homes was founded in 1990 to provide affordable, high quality alcohol and drug treatment to those in need. Support Systems Homes is dedicated to the process of recovery. Our staff members have spent years actively involved in supporting California communities through outreach, education and involvement in 12 step programs. In keeping with its philosophy and goals, Support Systems Homes focuses on helping clients achieve and maintain abstinence from mind-altering substances, learn new methods to cope with life issues, and reintegrate into society as stable, productive individuals. This is achieved through education, counseling, enhancing self-awareness, building self-esteem, and emphasizing 12-Step program principles and participation.
