Aim Number 2. : The Relief of unemployment for the benefit of the public in such ways as may be through fit, including assistance to find, secure and maintain employment. Aim Number 3. : The relief of financial hardship, among ex service personnel by providing or paying for items, services or facilities which they could otherwise not afford through lack of means.
