This developed into more specialised cleaning including high dusting, kitchen cleaning, stripping and sealing hard floors, etc. The business then further developed winning large commercial contracts like British Sugar PLC, the Halifax Building Society, Victoria carpets, Car dealerships, and all sorts of office environments. Rapid expansion followed and a Cleaning Supplies Division was created. The contract cleaning continued to grow as did the supplies division, utilising the expertise gained from the cleaning business to support the supplies division forward. Now Janitorial Direct Ltd turns over in excess of £1.5 Million per annum, supplying a wide range of customer types that are varied, sending products throughout the UK and often to Ireland, Europe and further afield.
