Supple Cups were invented after my mother had a hard time breastfeeding my sister and me. She had one inverted nipple, which made breastfeeding difficult, as neither of us could latch correctly. At the time, nothing was available to help her with her issue. Over a few years, my father, an inventor, spent some time devising a solution, and Supple Cups was born. Since then, Supple Cups have helped many new mothers who had given up hope that theyll be able to breastfeed and would have to resort to surgery as the only solution. It turns out that my mother was not alone, as around 28-35% of women who are pregnant for the first time have issues breastfeeding due to flat, shy and inverted nipples. While Supple Cups are great for correcting flat, shy and inverted nipples, many are using Supple Cups for purely cosmetic reasons. Supple Cups help stimulate the nipple into a protruded state, by gently pulling the nipple into the cup, in an attempt to gradually loosen the nipple tissue. This helps nipples stay erect for longer, which improve a babys ability to latch, and with regular use can also help create larger nipples.
