Supermind is a human performance and wellness company providing personalized programs tailored to each individual's unique goals and brainwave data. Clients report meaningful improvements in sleep, stress, focus, energy and burnout — and even anxiety, depression and PTSD. We propose that brainwaves have measurable mental functions which can be defined and utilized for developing precision wellness programs, including Supermind’s own method. In particular, brainwave data can be used to define and guide modification of the subconscious mind (delta, theta and alpha in our model), which comprises roughly 75% of the brain on average (based on our client EEGs). Uniquely this allows for addressing issues faster and more effectively than existing modalities. A unified neuro-psychological model can then be used to empower individuals to intentionally create new neural pathways for happier, healthier belief systems, elevating their seat of awareness to a higher state of consciousness as a natural byproduct. Just as Eastern philosophies offer that “you are not your thoughts – you are the observer of your thoughts”, Supermind shows you that “you are not your brain – you can change your brain.” The experiential process of changing one’s brain creates the embodied realization that the “you” exercising this agency is something greater than the brain itself, providing an opportunity for immense growth and transformation.
