SunAuxano is, in essence, the mission of our company: Working together with our clients to achieve strategic growth objectives. Our focus is the small to medium-sized healthcare company whose executives are too busy with the day-to-day to focus on the future. We don’t want to be another consulting firm with good ideas that our clients never have time to implement; rather we want to be an extra set of hands, ensuring that what they want to implement actually gets done and without breaking the bank. We know because we’ve sat on that side of the desk. Companies are as different as the people running them – each will have different resources, different objectives, and different timelines. We understand that assisting our clients in achieving their strategic initiatives can involve different tasks, as well. Some may need help identifying and defining their objectives while others know what they want but need help with execution.
