Our Key Personnel has experience as broad as Remodels, New Builds, Building Additions, Site Work and Athletic Fields. Our services are in JOC, CMAR, and Design Bid-Build Contracts. Our team has learned their craft at the finest colleges across the country, and have served on the most prestigious construction and commercial contractor associations in Phoenix, Arizona. We feel these Contract best serves the school districts because their main goal is to develop cooperative contracts for common, standardized products and services to the benefit of multiple districts that will save time and money in an effort to stretch budget dollars.
