Summit Supports Information

Who We Are Summit Supports is a Residential Service Agency that supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities enrolled in the Colorado Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Medicaid waiver . Our main areas of focus are on providing residential settings as well as providing engaging and creative community access opportunities. Our agency is focused on ensuring all individuals have access to a safe, supportive and flourishing living situation which encourages their independence and personal growth. Summit Supports Mission Statement Our mission is to provide the highest level of individualized residential and community supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We strive to provide engaging and personalized programs that results in the highest level of social, physical, and emotional independence in one’s life.
