Summit54 is the only program for inner city students that delivers complete college financing paired with academic skills and real-world training for a lifetime of success. Summit 54, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, requires students to earn their success through more than 1,600 hours of work outside the classroom and guarantees full college financing for those who complete the program and gain college admission. The organizations intense, four-year, 54-step program is one of the first in the country to take a unique 360-degree approach, developing each students intellectual, social and emotional skills. Summit54 was founded by Tony Caine and the LJM Foundation in 2009 and operates in Chicago, Denver and New York with plans to expand its concept nationwide.
