Our Vision: Summa has always believed that "test prep" as it is generally run in the U.S. is ineffective, and that what students really need is college prep. Part of that is what we do in the classroom, where students develop high-level skills in reading, writing, and mathematical reasoning, and then learn how to apply those skills to any intellectual challenge, whether that's a standardized test, a classroom assignment, or life itself. But there's more to getting ready for college than simply polishing academic skills. Students also need to develop a sense of who they are and what colleges are the best fit for them. At Summa, we engage in holistic learning and mentor our students through a process that is as much one of self-discovery as it is academic enrichment. --- Have you had issues finding our website? As part of our ownership transition, we changed our website address to www.summa-education.com, adding a hyphen between Summa and Education. Our new email addresses will simply have the added hyphen, too (same as the website). We're sorry for any confusion this may cause in the interim.
