Revealing Leadership through Service, Action, and Relationships. STLF is a growing 501(c)(3) non-profit based in Minneapolis, MN. With an emphasis on leadership development through youth programming, STLF's vision is to leave an everlasting impact on the world. Our core program is the Pay it Forward Tour which operates on the college, high school, and national level. These Tours travel by bus to different communities volunteering in each one along the way. STLF's Core Values: STLF’s has four core values, all based on actions that cultivate a strong, sustainable organization able to best serve the world.
