Sinclair Properties is the longest established student Lettings Agency in York. Our owner, Niall McTurk, has been elected as the Chairman of the influential York Residential Landlords Association (York RLA) for the last 12 years. Our select choice of professional properties consists of 64 high quality 1 & 2 bedroom apartments located in some of the most desirable areas of Sheffield including Ranmoor, Broomhill and Ecclesall. Our full time maintenance manager, Phil Darwent, has over 25 years experience in property maintenance and is usually able to attend to most reported problems on the same day. Where required he is supported by a team of nominated and trusted tradesmen including builders, plumbers & electricians. Where legislation requires, our properties are licensed with Sheffield City Council and are compliant with fire and safety regulations and have all the required safety certificates including, gas, electrical, energy performance, fire alarm and where relevant, emergency lighting test certificates.
