Our select choice of professional properties consists of 64 high quality 1 & 2 bedroom apartments located in some of the most desirable areas of Sheffield including Ranmoor, Broomhill and Ecclesall. Where required he is supported by a team of nominated and trusted tradesmen including builders, plumbers & electricians. Where legislation requires, our properties are licensed with Sheffield City Council and are compliant with fire and safety regulations and have all the required safety certificates including, gas, electrical, energy performance, fire alarm and where relevant, emergency lighting test certificates.
