Strommashina Samara Plant Information

Strommashina Samara Plant is a manufacturer of heavy machinery and complete process lines for Mining, Mining Enrichment, Solid Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Road Building, Construction, Oil & Gas, Chemical industries and some other industrial fields. We produce equipment for crushing, grinding, classification of materials, firing, drying and cooling machines, aspiration systems, as well as complete process lines for Gypsum Plaster, Expanded Clay Aggregate, and Asphalt Concrete plants. We provide engineering and service, development of project technical concept, preliminary commercial project assessment, design works, installation support (technical and designer supervision), maintenance and repair of the equipment, delivery of spare parts according to the agreed schedule, technical audit of the equipment. Thanks to innovation, processing and production base we supply to the abovementioned spheres the following types of equipment: for production of alabaster binding materials, mineral dust, expanded clay (ceramzite), concrete products, for grinding and drying of inertial materials, thermal utilization of drilling wastes and separate processing equipment. The Compny posses all types of production technologies of general engineering. Production facilities cover 90 000 square meters. Lifting mechanisms used have capacity up to 16 tons. Our manufacturing equipment includes the following: 314 units of metal-cutting equipment of all the main types, including 27 CNC machines, electric welding equipment, galvanic, large-size turning lathe, large-size milling machines. Processing workshops of mechanical and assembly production provide high level of accuracy and surface cleanliness of the materials to be machined (steels including stainless steel), sheet-metal stamping is used, finishing cut and forming. Production potential enables monthly throughput of metal works within the scope of 300-400 tons.
