Flavours Food Design values and the creative touch of Chef Foa lead to a new brand – Stradale, created to transform the usual lunch experience into a street food and live cooking one. Under Chef Foa’s guidance, our Stradale team is offering every day delicious and healthy dishes, transforming the lunch break in a true relaxing moment. The Robata Grill and Tandoor Oven promise an exquisite taste and our own Stradale blend will be the dose of energy you will need every morning. Now we are currently running 9 Stradale Restaurants (8 in Bucharest and 1 in Cluj-Napoca). Next to our Stradale restaurants, Flavours Food Design Group includes Mitzu Coffee Shop, an artisanal coffee based concept, created exclusively for coffee and sweets lovers, and Flavours In The Garden, our exclusive location dedicated to private and corporate events.
