We are New Zealand’s specialist in creating new boards and appointing directors and advisory board members for privately owned businesses. We also support shareholders and boards in the areas of strategy, board evaluation, board management and governance careers. Stimulus was established in 2006 and is led by Simon Telfer. Leaning on 20 years international commercial and recruitment experience, as well as his own directorships and advisory board positions, Simon offers practical, real world governance advice. We are an approved NZTE governance service provider and facilitate workshops and conferences for Governance New Zealand. Simon is a regular speaker on issues facing boards of directors, advisory boards and diversity in governance. He is also founder of the 9,500 member Appoint Better Boards community and a founding director of the board software start up, BoardPro.
