Stilok Information

STILOK is the local Christian broadcaster of Veenendaal. We provide a variety of programs: News, children, youth and elderly programs, including classic and twice a Sunday church service from a partner church in town. Broadcasting is done on Sundays and Monday and Wednesday evenings on 104.9 FM or 107.0 FM (cable) or www.stilok.nl (streaming) STILOK stands for (STichting Lokale Omroep Kerken), and has been active for many years. STILOK is a local Christian broadcaster based on the foundation of the Bible as the Word of God and the Apostles' Creed. The aim is to create programs about faith, church and community. Several churches are working with STILOK Veenendaal, main goal is that a Christian sound is heard on the local radio. The programs of STILOK are made by volunteers. They make these programs in their spare time as professionally as possible. The people behind STILOK would thus propagate the Word of God in Veenendaal. The program costs are borne by STILOK without any form of subsidy. As for these costs STILOK is entirely dependent on donations, etc. and contributions from local churches and faith communities.
