Steve's Snacks was started as a small sub shop with a bakery in the back. As time went on convenience stores wanted sandwiches in their stores for their grab and go customers. We slowly started to introduce pastries to those stores and they took off immediately. Soon it became apparent that we had to make a choice of one or the other, and we chose what people wanted the most, and that was pastries. All we had cakes, cookies, banana bread, and 3 types of whoopie pies.
