Our sales & lettings offices are at 5-9 Duke Street in Castlefield and block management at 384A Deansgate, also in Castlefield. We've recently branched out slightly to offer full right to manage assistance to buildings whose agents are freeholder/developer appointed, allowing leaseholders to have a say in who manages their homes and how service charges are spent. Our pricing strategy is clear and upfront, displayed prominently within our offices and website, the only estate agents to do so. We do not have any hidden fees or renewal charges, and we do not add any commission to repair costs or expenditure.
