Steelco Gujarat Limited was incorporated on 9th January 1989 with the Registrar of Companies and is a listed entity and listed its shares on BSE Limited, Mumbai. The Company is subsidiary of Spica Investment Limited, Mauritius, and belongs to Comcraft Group. The Company is managed by a professionally managed team under the guidance of Board of Directors and the representatives of the Promoters. The Company's commercial Production of Cold Rolled Steel products started in FY 1994 with cold rolling of Steel with a capacity of 184,000 MT per annum. The Company did forward integration by installing a Continuous Hot Dip Galvanising Line in FY 1997 with initial capacity of 30,000 MT per annum. This was further increased to 60,000 MT per annum by commissioning a second Hot Dip Continuous Galvanising line with an annual capacity of 30,000 in FY 2004. The Company is engaged in manufacturing of GP/GC Coil Sheets & CR Coils & Sheets and the factory and office is located at Plot No.2, G.I.D.C. Estate, Palej - 392220, Bharuch, Gujarat. The Company operates in domestic and export market and the exports consists of approx 60% of the total turnover of the Company. The company has developed a wide distribution network for export directly with customers as well as thorough agents and internationally renowned trading houses. The company is accredited with ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 certification on quality management standards for the manufacturing and supply of CR steel sheet/coils/strips and CR galvanized plain/corrugated sheet/coil/strips. The products manufactured by the company are also meeting the international standard such as BIS, JIS, DIN etc. Total customer satisfaction has been the motto of the Company which goes beyond just making a sale.
