Stasuk Testing & Inspection is a full service QA and NDT company. Our offices offer full scope services within western Canada and a large array of specialty advanced testing services worldwide. We maintain a qualified staff of experts in all NDT fields. Our field technicians have a wide spectrum of industry experience and are regularly working on bridges, pipelines, in fabrication facilities, mines, structural steel and on plant maintenance shutdowns and rebuilds. We provide heavy wall casting radiography, pipeline and pressure vessel radiography, automated ultrasonics for exchanger, boiler, pipeline and pressure vessel inspections, Phased Array, TOFD, Eddy current, Magnetic Particle, and Liquid Penetrant inspections along with visual welding inspection, coating inspections and QA project monitoring and auditing. Our heat treat department provides in-situ post weld stress relieving and can accommodate smaller vessels and piping in our head office ovens. Our head office also provides positive material analysis, ferrite testing, hardness testing, Scanning Electron Microscopy and Magneto Optic Eddy Current Imaging, weld procedure testing and design. Along with a full machine shop and electronics laboratory within our head office facility our Research and Design team of engineers are continually working on innovative inspection solutions that can be field tested and proven.
