DIRECT HIRE Being an independent search firm, we offer you the opportunity of hiring one of our candidates on a permanent basis. Staff One guarantees all permanent placements. PAYROLLING This service gives you the opportunity to free yourself of the burden of your entire payroll. Or, for a select few of your staff, if you find the person on your own, we can payroll those individuals at a substantially reduced rate.
